Thank you to everyone who shared our post. We’ve received a lot of calls in regards to the picture posted earlier. Today Deputy Mullins and myself were able to locate John Dylan Bailey who was arrested on multiple warrants. He received a new charge of Burglary 3rd, stemming from the prior incident. He was subsequently charged with Fleeing and Evading when he attempted to elude and hide from law enforcement. Mr Bailey was arrested and lodged in the Mason County Detention Center
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
