On January 27, 2026, Fleming County Dispatch received a report of a three-vehicle collision on Ewing Road, with one driver attempting to leave the scene.
Deputy Dustin Cooper and Chief Deputy Rob Conn responded to the scene. Prior to their arrival, a vehicle driven by Zaccary Lang had left the scene. The vehicle was located a short distance away by off-duty Kentucky State Police Detective J. Wagner after it ran off the roadway and became stuck.
Fleming County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Dustin Cooper arrested Zaccary Lang of Buchanan Road. Lang was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, wanton endangerment 2nd degree, expired registration, and no insurance.
No injuries were reported. The incident remains under investigation by Chief Deputy Rob Conn.
