Drug-Related Arrests Made Following Welfare Check in Fleming County

Flemingsburg, KY – The Fleming County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 82 Coskery Pike regarding an unresponsive female. The woman was transported to Fleming County Hospital by EMS, where she was later released.
Following the incident, law enforcement obtained a search warrant for the property. Sheriff Smith, Chief Deputy Rob Conn, Sergeant Logan Mullins, K9 Deputy James Welch, and Kentucky State Police Trooper Patrick Carlisle executed the search, leading to the discovery of drugs and drug paraphernalia. As a result, the following individuals were arrested:
• Michael Crager, of Maysville – Arrested on an indictment warrant for trafficking drugs.
• Zachary Logan, of Flemingsburg – Arrested on a probation violation warrant, possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl).
• Timmy Jolley, of Flemingsburg – Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
• Karissa Wallingford, of Flemingsburg – Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine and heroin).
• John Edmond, of Flemingsburg – Arrested on a probation violation warrant, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
• Andrew Kinsey, of Ohio – Arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Ohio.
The Fleming County Sheriff’s Office remains committed to removing illegal drugs from the community and holding offenders accountable. Sheriff Smith urges anyone with information about drug activity to contact the sheriff’s office to report tips.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
