FLEMING COUNTY SENTENCING UPDATE:

In 2025 Roger Wolfenbarger was sentenced to 9 years in prison for Trafficking in Controlled Substances- Methamphetamine. The case was handled by the Fleming County Sheriff’s office— Sheriff Tim Smith and Deputies Rob Conn and Logan Johnson-Mullins investigating.

This is another instance of an ongoing focus by the Fleming County sheriff office to stem the tide of dangerous drugs in Fleming County.
