NEW YEAR, NEW ME? Don’t be the one who falls or helps others fall for this scam. This post was from a local person who I assume has had their FB acct hacked.
Key things to look for:
Scammer turns off commenting (this stops people from commenting scam).
All communication is done through messenger. This allows multiple victims to be scammed on the same post.
Asking for a down payment to hold onto it.
The post has a lot of these 😡 instead of likes.
Stay vigilant when looking to make purchases over the internet.
Happy New Year!!

Merry Christmas to the residents of the Pioneer Trace Nursing Home. Sheriff Smith and everyone at the Fleming County Sheriffs Office would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. We hope you enjoy the gifts.

The Fleming County Sheriff’s Office and Flemingsburg Police Dept would like your assistance in identifying the person in the picture below. They may or may not have waited until the last possible moment to guarantee their name is in fact on the naughty list.
Anyone with information may contact SGT Mullins at 606-845-4701
