We would like to welcome Angie Knarr to the Fleming County Sheriffs Office.
We would like to welcome Angie Knarr to the Fleming County Sheriffs Office. Angie will serve as court security officer at the Fleming County Justice Center. Angie started as a CSO in 2014 with the Robertson County Sheriffs Office. She has worked as a nurse for 26 years. She lives in Robertson County with her husband of 22 years, Kipp Knarr. Angie has 2 kids, Brodie who is a graduate of FCHS and is attending Midway college on a soccer scholarship and her daughter Kayla, who is a student at FCHS and is involved in several sports.

Our office will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
As always we will have deputies out to provide assistance and responding to calls over the holidays.
If you have not yet paid your property taxes & you’re wanting to receive face value, you can come into the office before the new year. If we’re closed, you can leave your payment (with bill #) in the box next to our door. You can also send payment in the mail, and as long as it’s postmarked before the deadline, we will honor the value amount. You can search your property taxes online through our website. The blue square in the middle of the website will take you to the tax page. As always, if you have any questions, please call us at 845-4701 during business hours.

Congratulations to Deputy James Welch for winning the Governor’s Impaired Driver Enforcement Award for 2024. Nearly 200 law enforcement officers were honored at the Governor’s Impaired Driving Enforcement Awards for their efforts to protect Kentucky roadways from impaired drivers. We have received reports of a scam caller impersonating a police officer. The caller identifies himself as Sgt. Bruce Button of the Fleming County Sheriff’s Office and is calling from the number 606-767-0482.
Please be aware that this is a scam. Do not provide any personal information, make payments, or engage with the caller in any way.
If you receive a call from this number or any suspicious call claiming to be from our office, please hang up immediately and report it to the Fleming County Sheriff’s Office at our official number. Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams.

Chief Deputy Conn has been out working hard trying not to be on top of the list. SGT Mullins (1st) and Sheriff Smith (close second) are currently leading in donations. We will be taking donations until Friday 12/13. We will be participating in our second shop with a cop event next week.
All proceeds will go directly to giving Fleming County kids a better Christmas.
