Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Trafficking Arrests in Flemingsburg.

FLEMING COUNTY, KY – A joint investigation involving the Fleming County Sheriff’s Office, Flemingsburg Police Department, and Kentucky State Police resulted in a traffic stop that led to the arrest of three individuals for trafficking in methamphetamine and other related offenses.

The investigation was conducted by Chief Deputy Rob Conn, Deputy James Welch, Sheriff K9 Rex, Flemingsburg Police Officer Tayler Moore, and KSP Trooper Tyler Smith. During the traffic stop, law enforcement officers seized approximately 23 grams of methamphetamine.

This operation highlights the importance of interagency collaboration in ensuring the safety of Fleming County residents. The coordinated efforts of all three agencies reflect a continued commitment to combating drug-related crimes and promoting a safer community.

Sheriff Tim Smith emphasized the department’s commitment to keeping drugs off the streets:
“Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our community. We will continue to work tirelessly alongside our law enforcement partners to get drug dealers off the streets and protect the citizens of Fleming County from the dangers of illegal substances.”

Arrested Individuals & Charges:

Michael Crager, of Maysville, was charged with:
• Traff in a Controlled Sub 1st Deg
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of Marijuana
• Four outstanding criminal warrants

Christina Milner, of Flemingsburg, was charged with:
• Traff in a Controlled Sub 1st Deg
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Joseph Baird, of Flemingsburg, was charged with:
• No Tail Lights
• No Seat Belt
• Expired Operator’s License
• Traff in a Controlled Sub 1st Deg
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
