On Sunday, November 12th, Deputy Welch observed Aaron Black at the Hillsboro Handi-Mart. Mr Black had an indictment warrant for trafficking methamphetamine. He was additional charged with trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree, 2nd attempt (Methamphetamine) when Deputy Welch located more drugs on him. Upon further investigation, Deputy Welch was able to identify additional evidence indicating Mr Black with trafficking methamphetamine.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
