Two people were arrested and charged with Trafficking a Controlled substance (Methamphetamine) on 11/9/23 after Deputy Patrick conducted a traffic stop on Torrince Garner. SGT Mullins and Deputy Cooper located methamphetamine and other drugs. Upon investigation, Mr Garner and Lorrie Eubanks admitting to bringing the drugs from Lexington to Flemingsburg for distribution.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
