2023 PROPERTY TAX NOTICE
The 2023 Fleming County tax bills are being mailed out the last week of September. Bills may be paid beginning October 1st, 2023. If you do not receive a bill by October 10th, 2023, please contact the Fleming County Sheriff's Office at (606) 845-4701.
The Fleming County Sheriff's Office will only accept cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
Collection Dates:
October 1st – November 1st, 2023 – 2% discount.
November 2nd – December 31st, 2023 – Face Value.
January 1st, – January 31st, 2024 – 5% penalty.
February 1st – April 15th, 2024 – 21% penalty.
