Happy Father’s Day!!

The Fleming County Sheriff’s Office would like to congratulate Deputy Dustin Cooper on successfully completing the Department Of Criminal Justice Training Police Academy today.
Deputy Cooper has over 8 years of military police experience and looks forward to serving our great community.
We are all very proud of his accomplishments!!

On May 30th, 2024, while on routine patrol on Goddard Rd, Deputy Adam Burns conducted a traffic stop on Gary Wolfenbarger. Deputy Welch and K9 Rex responded to assist Deputy Burns with the traffic stop. Wolfenbarger was charged with Improper Equipment, Driving on DUI Suspended License, and Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree (> or = to 2 GMS Methamphetamine). Wolfenbarger was lodged in the Mason County Detention Center.
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
