Ramona "Mona" Stephens was last seen earlier today (12:00pm 10/30/24) walking away from her home on Pecks Ridge Rd. She was wearing a blue t-shirt, dark colored shorts and teal color Nike shoes. Mona was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia and acute psychosis. If anyone has seen or knows where she is, please contact the Fleming County Sheriff's Office or Fleming County Dispatch.

On Sunday October 27, SGT Mullins, conducted a traffic stop on Morehead Rd on Mr.
On Sunday October 27, SGT Mullins, conducted a traffic stop on Morehead Rd on Mr. Troy Gilbert of Flemingsburg KY. SGT Mullins was assisted on scene by Deputy Welch, K9 Rex and OFC Workman of FPD. During the traffic stop, Deputy Welch utilized his partner Rex, who had a positive hit on the vehicle. During the search of the vehicle and surrounding area, deputies located approx 2.4oz (approx 68 grams) of methamphetamine. SGT Mullins charged Mr. Gilbert with Trafficking a Controlled Substance 1st degree – Methamphetamine, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Careless Driving.
